Hi. I ordered a few days ago and u send me a tracking number but deutsche Post still don’t know anything about my delivery and also you are not answering my emails. That’s sad:/

Hallo . Meine Bestellung mit der Nummer #49487 sollte heute ankommen und wird in der Sendungsverfolgung auch als zugestellt angezeigt jedoch ist die Bestellung nicht aufgetaucht . Die Sendung hat einen Wert von über 350 Euro und es wär mir doch schon sehr wichtig daß ich diese noch bekomme .
Über eine Antwort würde ich mich freuen .

Hello! Is it possible to know from where in Germany you are shipping? I ordered more than a week ago and since you cant track your package within German I would like to know. (then I could estimate where it possibly is) Best regards 🙂

I didn’t received my Order from 21.02.21 yet. Also got no answer’s from the support. Wouldn’t recommend. Still would love to get my order in the next time. Taps probably bad as fuck now. Don’t had the chance to get in contact with anyone, which is also really bad. I’m just really disappointed and lost 31 Euros.
Thats a great news! Since my Order #43745 (maybe I turned the Number to 43475 ) for 65 € is returned to Your Company ’cause the DPD Guy didn’t find my Adress, could it be possible to send it over the german POST?
As I don’t really trust the DPD to successfully deliver the package with 0,5 g DCK plus 1g of 2F-DCK, which is still legal. Or you can try it again with DPD…
